We are now to a point where all the pieces are beginning to lose any kind of lines or different lighting that would help us place the pieces and are relying heavily on the different shades of color. Jen was nice enough to sort the pieces out by shape so they'd be easier to find. She also realized there's a pattern in the puzzle and that's helped us in placing pieces we otherwise would have had a lot of trouble putting together. We also condensed down from having puzzle pieces in both box lids and across 3 pieces of paper to all of that minus a box lid. Slowly, we're getting there! We must be placing pieces since the pile seems to be getting smaller, but the going is just very slow at this point. A few more sessions and the middle part of the puzzle should be done. From there, we still have the completely purple border to put on around the complete outside of the puzzle.
